Transfer Services offered – our commitment to our clients

Should you just require our help in arranging your pension transfer (Service 1)

• We will obtain current transfer values for you from all of your UK pension providers
• We will obtain all of the paperwork required  from your UK schemes for you to transfer
• We will set up a NZ Superannuation Scheme that will be approved by the UK HMRC to receive UK pension transfers (known as having QROPS status). This will be the scheme we believe best meets your needs, not ours.
• We will ensure that completion of the paperwork is made easy for you
• We will courier completed transfer paperwork to all of your UK pension providers to ensure safe and speedy arrival
• We will keep you informed on progress
• We will ensure that your transferred funds are kept in Sterling until you are happy with the exchange rate, giving you maximum possible control
• Should you require access, we will advise you on the rules of how much you can take and when you can take it, to avoid UK tax charges
• We will arrange all paperwork should you wish to make a withdrawal
• We will offer you a wide range of investment choices for your transferred monies, to meet your own specific risk profile
• We will offer you access to GBP denominated investments so your portfolio can start to work for you while still retaining complete currency control
• We will provide ongoing advice on your portfolio and retirement planning needs
• We will be available to answer your questions, before you leave the UK, once you arrive in NZ and of course during the pension transfer process and beyond
• We will charge a fee to arrange your transfer that we believe is fair to our clients
